As a Property Investor, in my opinion there is two happy and nerve racking days for any investor. 🤔
The day you complete on a purchase and the day of valuation after renovation! 🥰both are two the same❤️

You see, purchasing with private investment means on completion day you are tied in, money spent, no going back.
It’s a brilliant feeling of trust from your investor and trust of your achievement.
Happy and excited for the completion but nervous of everything going well. 🙌🏾

When you have worked hard to add value to said purchase and time for the new valuation. Another nervous and happy day as you wait for the new increase in value so you can sell or refinance to refund your investor their money plus a tidy sum of interest way above any bank can give🔥🔥

This week I have completed on three separate valuations with the final yesterday. ✔️

Two revived higher than expected valuations and the third received £5k below what I hoped for but way more than I expected 😊

So, I can’t wait to give some investors a great start to the new year 2024 with return of their investments and substantial interest payment.

I’ve paid out over £160k of interest in 2023, I wonder if I can double that in 2024 🙌🏾

So grateful for all the training and mentoring from some amazing people to ensure I do everything right. 🙌🏾🙌🏾😊
