It’s been a super busy week for us here at Bijou and we are delighted to announce that we have completed the sale of the remaining apartments, along with the Freehold at Chelsea Court, High Wycombe.
We purchased Chelsea Court in September 2020 and after working with our architects we reimagined the interior to create 12 apartments. Four of these were studios and we wanted to stay away from the typical ‘bed in the kitchen’ layout you see so often. We incorporated large pocket doors which separated the living and sleeping space, as well as providing that little bit of extra privacy from visitors.
The interiors included integrated appliances, Quooker boiling water taps, Hive lighting, smart radiators and a number of other luxurious fixtures and fittings, so although these homes were small they still remained mighty.
From purchase to tender, rip out, fit out, and completion, we worked seamlessly with our contractor who completely threw themselves into the project and brought our ideas to life, so thank you to the Crystal Clear Building Solutions Ltd team, it’s been a pleasure.
It’s been an exciting project, despite its obstacles (we just LOVE utilities!), but it’s time to wave goodbye and leave our stamp on this fabulous Bucks town.
