Herringbone stair runner with colour matched edging for stairs with oak effect laminate on landing. We also fitted bedrooms with a luxury invictus saxony pile carpet.

Rental flat benefits from new light oak laminate flooring throughout hallway, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and cupboard areas with complimenting beige fleck carpets for bedrooms and entrance matting for porch.

We uplifted existing flooring and trimmed doors as part of this job.
All ready for the new tenants to move in and enjoy. 👌

Renewed 4x bedrooms and stairs/landing areas with heavy domestic quality bleach cleanable carpet with 11mm underlay and brushed onyx door bars.
Bathroom and ensuite has with new vinyl, we uplifted existing flooring and and trimmed a door where necessary. 👍

Vinyl flooring for lounge and bathroom areas in this rental property. We moved appliances where possible, uplifted existing flooring, smoothed out the subfloor using latex screed to make and suitable, then trimmed kitchen plinths and bathroom door to suit. All sealed up at edges ready to go. 👍.

Wood effect vinyl flooring fully stuck down and fitted throughout kitchen, hallway and bathroom areas in this property. We prepared and smoothed the concrete subfloor using a latex screed.
We also upgraded the lounge carpet to primo ultra combined with 11mm HD underlay and entrance matting for the porch. 👍.

Nice start to the week installing Quickstep classic hydro laminate flooring throughout hallway and lounge/diner. Finished with colour matching beading and door thresholds to compliment.

We also completed the carpet on the stairs and landing in the property after doing bedrooms earlier in the year. We added black door bars as a nice feature and trimmed doors where necessary.

Custom size herringbone stair runner with matched edges installed to complement the hallway/kitchen herringbone lvt we fitted last month.
A modern take on a traditional look has been acheived and looks very stylish.

We also fitted a new invictus carpet on top of 11mm HD underlay in the master bedroom around new fitted wardrobes.

Few early starts this week to get this conservatory floor screed and lvt fitted before it got too hot. 🥵
