Another 3 bed up and running in Cardiff, this one looks stunning and in a great location its sure to be a great home from home for guests working in the area !

By adding some colour to each room we make our listings stand out on the OTA platforms and by selecting similar colours in each property we start to create a certain look....why ?

This can make us recognisable to guests who have stayed before....and hopefully lead them to contact us and book direct !! Less money on OTA fees, more profit for our clients and less costs for the guests !! Win Win Win

We Finally have our 3 Bed up and running after trades people taking forever to finish off !

Our 1st guest arrived at the weekend and loved it 😀 we finished at 2.45pm and they arrived at 3pm....Close one !

It's now listed on the OTAs and our with proffesional Photos...

Why use a Proffesional Photographer?

1. The OTAs love them as it makes their platform look better, so it makes sense that they would want listings with proffesional Photos to be seen 1st 👍

2. Better Photographs Generate more income so we always recommend that our clients have them done.

We will be managing it for them taking care of all the day to day tasks so that they can enjoy their time, travelling and have an income from their property while away !

A few weeks ago we did a live for a new 4 bed house in Cardiff....its all set up and guests are already in ! Been a bit slow posting the finished results....

Just picked up the keys to a 2 bed house in Bath for one of our clients...

We sourced the property on behalf of our client, arranged contracts between our client and the landlord...

We will be arranging the full set up of the property over the next few days to get it ready for guests....

We will also be arranging, Photos and Staging, 1st Clean and listing the property...

We then Manage it on our clients behalf...
