The team have worked hard on removing the rotten decking and in with the extended patio, some of the older tiles were taken up to ensure the new patio blended in as best as possible.

In total 15 tonne of waste was removed and a new recessed manhole cover exposed and installed on a blocked drain.

Tiles are fossil mint sandstone from Paving Stones Direct UK Ltd

🔧 We’re Hiring: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician 🔧
📍 Base: Chippenham, Wiltshire | Covering area: Cardiff to Reading

We're expanding our team and looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

🕒 Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday
• Start: 8:00 AM on the first site
• Finish: Approx. 4:00 PM at the last site
• Some travel to/from the first and last site required
• All travel between jobs is paid

🚐 What’s Provided:
• Company van (picked up from our yard each morning)
• Company tools & uniform
• Company pension
• Competitive salary: £30,000 – £38,000 (depending on experience)

🧰 We’re Looking For Someone With Experience In:
✔️ General maintenance
✔️ Plumbing
✔️ Basic electrical work
✔️ Carpentry
✔️ Tiling and flooring
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✔️ A proactive, reliable approach
✔️ Full UK driving licence

⏰ Some nights and weekends may be required depending on workload.

🔧 WE'RE HIRING – Skilled Tradesperson or Tiler Wanted! 🧱

We’re looking to grow our team with either:

👉 A Multi-Skilled Technician with strong tiling experience, plus basic plumbing, electrical, and general handyman skills.

OR

👉 A reliable Tiler available for an immediate short-term role (approx. 2 weeks), with the potential for ongoing work depending on client needs.

What we’re looking for (Technician Role):
✅ Strong tiling experience is essential
✅ Basic plumbing, electrics & general maintenance
✅ Full, clean UK driving licence
✅ Ability to work independently and to a high standard
✅ Mostly day work (Mon–Fri), but some nights may be required
✅ South West-based projects, with some further travel on occasion

We're a small, friendly team with high standards, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, gets projects over the line and to high standards.
