The Renters' Rights Act came into force on 1 May 2026, bringing the biggest shake-up to renting in over 30 years. No-fault evictions are gone. Fixed-term tenancies have been replaced. And landlords now have a new set of responsibilities to navigate.​

Here in the South Cotswolds, the market is adapting well with average rents well ahead of the national average. Demand remains strong, quality properties are letting well, and the fundamentals for landlords remain sound.

🎉 Celebrating Our First Anniversary 🎉

Today, 1st May, we mark one year in business - and it’s been an incredible journey.

In just 12 months, we’ve grown to 94 properties under management, worked with 148 landlords, processed over 1,060 rental payments, consistently achieved a Top Two🥇🥈 rating on Rightmove for lettings agents in our area, and were voted "Best Letting Agent in the Cotswolds"🍾.

The year has also seen major industry change with the introduction of the Renters’ Rights Act. We’ve taken a proactive approach - completing over 40 hours of training and serving more than 220 tenants with the latest information to ensure our landlords remain compliant.

We’re incredibly grateful for the trust our landlords and tenants have placed in us ❤️.

As we head into year two, we’re excited to further expand our business across the South Cotswolds - continually focused on doing the business of lettings exceptionally well.
