I have over 15 years experience within the property industry. I began working with Mackendrick Norcott Independent Estate Agents in 2

002, where I progressed to sales manager. I enjoyed my varied role selling anything from small cottages to large country properties. Between 2006 and 2009 I took the opportunity to undertake the opening of a new estate agency branch for a well known corporate company. Over the three years despite establishing a strong market share in the area, I could not continue in an environment putting targets and figures before honesty and good customer service. Having gained invaluable knowledge and understanding of the local property market, I am now excited about becoming a business partner with Mary Bond, a lady I have known and respected in the industry for many years. We will be proud to offer a level of personal service that is second to none. We both have excellent recommendations from previous vendors and purchasers and look forward to working with both new and previous clients at Bundy and Bond. About Mary Bond:
In 1995 I joined Black Horse Alder King Estate agency as a trainee negotiator. Within three years I had worked my way up to Branch Manager of the Yate office for ten years, which was a very successful and well respected office. After Countrywide took the company over, unfortunately the office was closed. In the interim period, I continued to Work for local Independent estate agencies. I have always wanted to run my own agency as I believe I know how to provide the customer service while still giving value for money. I believe in negotiating the best price for our clients and building relationships with them. Over the years many previous clients have returned to me again and again. I have worked with Tina for the last five years, however I have known her in a professional capacity for over eleven years now. It was our ability to work well together and our shared belief in what an estate agency should be that led us to decide to open our own office together. I sincerely want people to have a positive experience when selling or buying a property. I know how stressful it can be, but having worked as an estate agent for the last twenty years, I have dealt with every complication imaginable and I can help resolve any problems that arise.
