A 30’ x 10’ residential park home is offered for sale in need of replacement. The site owners have advised that the plot would take a new home up to a maximum size of 22’ x 20’. The site owners advise that once a prospective buyer has decided what size of home they require, they should send an email requesting permission giving the size and details. Assuming this meets with the site owners’ requirements, a response will be sent immediately giving permission and requesting delivery timescales.

The site owner will be responsible for the hardstanding and would obtain a quotation from their contractor and put them in place to deliver the hardstanding in time for the delivery. Please note that some time is needed to prepare the plot/services etc and a minimum of 14 days drying time is required, so it is essential to liaise regarding dates.
The prospective buyer would be responsible for the clearance of their plot and the delivery and reconnection of their new mobile home.
