Great to see progress being made at a local development project. are making great progress on this full bungalow renovation with dormer conversion.

Our role was to assist with the construction price including full bills of quantities and market tested rates. Something we do regularly.

Grass roots sports at its finest.

For the past 3 Years MIMO has proudly sponsored Phoenix Hockey club. After being awarded funding by Sport England they have been able to put on FREE sessions for anyone wanting to get back in to hockey or try it for the first time.

Our final valuation visit completed at Ladhill Lane this week.

The project looks fantastic and the quality achieved by Fourway Projects is exceptional.

Purchasers are scheduled to start moving in within the next couple of weeks once external works and final snags are completed.

We’re hoping to get back for some full completed photographs so watch this space!

Project Update

Valuation visit for February completed at Ladhill Lane, Saddleworth.

External works have progressed well with kerbs, base courses and property fencing all being completed.

Internally properties are starting to take shape with joinery, decoration and tiling being completed in many plots.

The installation of the air source heat pumps marks a real milestone in the project.

Next month will likely be the final valuation visit, with the project schedule for completion in March.
