What happens when you don’t have to be anywhere?
You wake up slowly.
You make another coffee.
You sit outside a little longer.
You wander down to the river.
You have a long breakfast with nowhere to rush off to.
You talk. You laugh. You read a book. You do absolutely nothing.
The children disappear into the garden.
Someone starts cooking lunch.
Someone else opens a bottle of something cold.
And before you know it, the afternoon has disappeared.
No itinerary.
No alarm.
No rushing from one place to the next.
Just time together, in a beautiful old barn in the Cotswolds.
