A new instruction for Red Rock in Harwich.
Red Rock has been appointed managing agent for Quayside Court Management RTM Limited, a Grade II-listed building on The Quay.
Quayside Court began life in 1864 as the Great Eastern Hotel, later served as municipal offices, and is now home to its residents. Buildings do not lose their practical needs simply because they have a rather more interesting past than most.
The work ahead is the unglamorous but important sort: getting to know the building, bringing records and live matters into order, and supporting directors with clear information as decisions arise.
