Over time moisture had seeped into the wall causing the render to break down.

Patched up now looks good as new

Another job complete, this customer had a root growing in between the garden wall that had pushed the bricks out of line...

Stripped the wall removed and killed the root and then rebuilt the wall on this job

Here’s what I’ve been upto.

Fencing for one customer and making an outdoor shelter and gate for another customer as well as the rental properties.

I’ve another few big jobs coming up so no rest for me 😂 🟡🔵

Made and installed new gate and installed trellis so then this customer had some privacy in there back yard 👍🏻

Another rental property; this property had a water leak and damaged all the wall and skirting board.

I started by cutting out the damaged boards and installing new ones, scrim taping the joints and plastering over once dry. I had to give it a light sand, as I’m not going to lie, my plastering skills aren’t the best. 🤣

I got it smoothed off, added a couple of coats of paint, and new skirting board blended the job nicely.

“Brilliant… the one thing the electrician needed access to has been lovingly entombed by one of the grant lads” ⚡

Did the electrician manage to get into it in the end, or was it a “right, this boxing’s coming off” moment?

It was definitely this is all getting ripped out so we could gain access then I had to rebox everything with proper access for the electrician.
