Over the last few months we’ve been busy working on a wide range of roofing projects.

These have included replacement roofs, insulated EPDM warm roofs, and some lovely slate work on an old period property. We also carried out lime pointing, completed slate repairs, and took care of a few other bits and bobs along the way.

One of the recent jobs also included updating a dormer that was previously in disrepair. This has now been brought up to date with new anthracite UPVC cladding, sitting on top of a roof we had previously completed using EPDM.

We’re currently in the middle of a large insulated EPDM warm roof project as well — photos to come soon 👀

🌲Merry Christmas to all!🌲
As we close for the Christmas period, we’d like to share a summary of one of our recent projects in Clevedon, which we’re extremely happy with.
🔨 Works completed include:
New Velux window and timber works
Full insulated breather TLX system with counter battoning,
New lead welded bays on parapets and detailing
Installation of new lead step flashings and saddles and finished of with new facia's, guttering and a breathable ridge system

We’re very pleased with the final result and proud of the quality of workmanship delivered.

🏚️ Restoration Update! 🛠️

Hey everyone! Over the past month, we’ve been hard at work restoring a beautiful 1890s building — and it’s finally all come together!

We’ve brought the roof up to modern standards while keeping its original charm. The old felt has been replaced with modern TLX insulated breather membrane, plus diagonal counter battens to improve ventilation and secure the vertical planks.

All the failing timbers have been replaced, and we’ve redesigned the fascias with a subtle flared edge to stay true to the period style. We also crafted new timber gables with elegant mouldings for that authentic 19th-century look.

To top it off, we reused the original tiles—only replacing a few where needed—to preserve as much of the building’s history as possible.

We’re really proud of how it’s turned out and here are some pics of our work 🙌

Hello there! Over the last few weeks we have been busy refurbishing a fibre slate roof with multiple flat roofs, all of which were failing due to lack of ventilation. We also replaced all the verges and installed new anthracite Upvc soffits, facia and guttering. Looking smart now and will perform for a very long time😎

Hello Everyone 👋 check this out.. this week, we have been very busy replacing a modern flat roof that had been previously installed wrong. In the process, we have replaced all failing boards, insulated, changed pitch, fitted an EPDM one-peice membrane and capped all the parapets with new beautiful lead bays. All completed with a 20 year warranty.👌

This week we have been very busy doing a new 8m lead valley in an old slate roof. We re-used as many slates as we could and layed new fibre slates on the rest. We also fitted a new velux window all supplied with a 20 year warranty as with all our jobs. Please give us a call for more information on our services

Hello there! Over the last few weeks we have been busy designing and building a new extention in failand. This is a warm roof design so the insulation is above the main deck and is the most efficient and effective way to build a flat roof. Finished pics to follow. We also are in the process of restoring a victorian chimney which was suffering with multiple leaks. We've installed a new rear epdm back gutter, replaced all of the timber decking ,repointed with lime mortar,fitted a new bellcast and tomorrow we will be doing a new flaunching to finish it off 👌
