Our guests have been going recently and honestly… they’ve LOVED it. The feedback has been amazing 🥹

Set on a beautiful rescue farm at Ivy Dene, Amy has created the most peaceful little yoga studio surrounded by nature 🌿 with the sweetest rescue animals right on your doorstep 🐐🐓🐎

Whether you’re a total beginner or already love yoga, there’s something for everyone from relaxing yin sessions to fun animal therapy classes (yes… yoga with animals 🥹✨)

The Hub is suddenly AVAILABLE for the weekend of 29th May…
(we’re just as surprised as you are 😂)

Plot twist… checkout is now 11am in all the houses :) 😏
You asked… we listened 👀
After a LOT of behind-the-scenes juggling, rota tweaking, and probably a few coffees (ok… a lot ☕️), we’ve made it happen.
No more 10am panic packing.
No more brushing your teeth with one shoe on.
No more being personally victimised by checkout time 😂
✨ This now applies to ALL of our properties ✨
So whether you’re staying at The Pad, The Retreat, The Sea Swallow… The Cottage or The Hub, you’ve now got:
→ More time in bed 🛏️
→ More time for coffee ☕️
→ And most importantly… more time in the hot tub in the morning 🫧😌

Powered by an incredible team of women 💪✨ Happy International Women’s Day ✨

Behind every perfectly made bed, sparkling hot tub, fresh towels and warm welcome at The Coastal Collection… is a team of incredible women.

These ladies are the ones quietly keeping everything running like clockwork. The early mornings, the last minute turnarounds, the messy checkouts, the attention to every tiny detail that most people never even notice.

They show up.
They work hard.
They care.
And they take huge pride in what they do.

Running holiday homes is very much a team effort and we honestly couldn’t do it without them. They’re reliable, dedicated, and somehow always manage to keep smiling even on the busiest changeover days.

So today is a little shout out to the brilliant women behind The Coastal Collection — the ones making sure every guest walk through the door to something special.

Strong women. Hard working women. Absolute legends.

(And yes… Richard is the only man on the team… but we’ll let him stay 😉)

Sometimes the smallest things mean the most 🤍
We walked into The Cottage today to find this beautiful handwritten card from our lovely guests and honestly… it made our day.
Knowing someone had such a wonderful stay and chose to take the time to write this is just the nicest feeling. This is exactly why we do what we do 🥹
Creating cosy spaces where people can slow down, reset and make memories with their favourite people will never get old for us 🥰

Proof that the dogs have officially taken over our stays… and honestly?
Sometimes they’re better guests than the humans 😂🐾
Beach right on the doorstep, miles of coastal walks, salty sea air naps, then straight into town for dog-friendly pubs, cafés and little bar stops… no car needed.
We built The Coastal Collection for people like us, proper dog owners who were fed up of “dog friendly” meaning one scruffy room at the back 🙈
So now? Hot tubs, saunas, cosy corners, sea views… and your four legged babies come too!
Because holidays are better when everyone’s invited 🐶💛
Warning: your dog may refuse to leave.

Happy Burns Night for tomorrow 🥃

Feeling extra grateful this week for all of our lovely Scottish guests who visit us year after year, honestly some of the warmest, kindest, most respectful people we host 🤍

There’s something really special about winter stays at The Pad…
stormy sea views, candles lit (fake ones mind 🤣) hot tubs under the stars, cosy nights in with good food and a dram 🔥

Cosy corners, pool table games, a glass of something strong and that big sea view right outside the window… 🌊

It feels quite fitting for a night that celebrates home, heritage and hospitality.

So whether you’re celebrating with haggis, whisky, or just a quiet night by the fire we’re sending a little love from the coast tonight ✨
