The house has underfloor heating throughout, controlled by resident guests from each room. Both sitting rooms have Smart TVs and plenty of board games, the house also has a manifold of books for everyone, a croquet set and even table tennis. There is a large boot room, furnished, of course with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
