Big changes for landlords coming this Friday 1st May 🏡

The Renters’ Rights Act will bring major updates to the private rental sector, including:

✔️ Section 21 “no-fault” evictions being abolished
✔️ All tenancies moving to rolling agreements
✔️ Rent increases limited to once per year with notice
✔️ Restrictions on rent in advance
✔️ New rules around tenant rights, including pets
✔️ A ban on discrimination against tenants with children or those on benefits
