So……. This year has been a lot different to last year. It has admittedly been very sporadic with regard to the workflow. Unlike before having a steady stream of work, this year has been very stop, start at points.
Many times I’ve been more than worried as I have bills to pay and a child to support so it’s a very difficult situation to try and navigate.
This year I tried to focus on building client relationships. At times this means maybe doing things that either don’t pay, just putting yourself out there for clients to see or, doing work at a reduced rate again, so clients can assess the quality of our work.
This has meant that there have been times where we’ve not made any money at all! 🤦‍♂️
But……. this has also given me the opportunity to showcase the level & quality of work that I can provide and I’m delighted to share that I have just been awarded a 3 year contract with one of my clients! Boom 💥 This contract all on its own is an assurance of guaranteed work and guaranteed income for the next 3 years allowing us to not only continue to provide quality services for our existing clients but to expand to other clients.
Best news right before Christmas 🎅

If you see this sign……. Then you still decide to enter the property…….. then you complain……..I don’t really have anything constructive to say to you that would help you as you have clearly ignored the most obvious instruction 🤦‍♂️

Me when the government asks me to conduct an Asbestos Survey after the age of 70 which will be early retirement by that point 😜🤦‍♂️😂😂
