After a weekend like this, we couldn't agree more! Another incredible Cockenzie & Port Seton Community Gala - filled with laughter, generosity and great company! From the families enjoying the festivities to the local businesses showcasing their products and services, the day was filled with connection and community spirit.

Both are amazing flexible spaces that would suit a variety of uses - what would you use them for?

The breakdown

Suite 16 is 428 sq ft, on the first floor and part of a cluster of rooms just off a central shared atrium.

Suite 19 is 686 sq ft, in the North corner of the building on the first floor and is adjoined by a small kitchen and lobby.

Both enjoy great light, high ceilings, wall mounted electric heaters, car parking and most importantly, affordable rent and utilities included!

About Us

The Cockenzie Hub, formerly Cockenzie Primary School, consists of 20 different suites, bringing together an incredible mix of enterprises. From charities to counsellors, bridal wear specialists to beauticians, artists, musicians and more, the Hub truly is the centre of activity within Cockenzie and the wider Port Seton, Prestonpans and East Lothian community.

It's easily accessible (Edinburgh is just 13 miles away) with great transport links, benefiting from good access to the A1 trunk road and public transport is widely available.

Don't let negative reviews get you down.

Next time you see that dreaded one-star, take a moment and remember, you can't please everyone and you shouldn't try to. After all, even our fabulous local attractions like North Berwick Law, Tantallon Castle and Aberlady Nature Reserve have had their share of dislikes. Comically so!

But, if the review is valid, take the points on board, learn from them and they'll help your business grow.
