As some of you already know we were flooded last November which caused a lot of damage to our home and the grounds including the hot tub😞 (Luckily the holiday cottages themselves were unaffected)

However are soooo pleased to announce that we now have a new hot tub up and running for our guests to enjoy and relax in 🥳

Terrible use of Bot only customer services!
Lack of response from these cowboys is not surprising given the number of parcels they shamefully "lose".
I'm still waiting for my parcel and cannot get a refund until seller is told it is lost.
