98 DAYS ON THE MARKET, THEN SOLD IN JUST 6!

This home in Ipswich Road had previously been on the market with a high street agent for 98 days without success.

I think it’s fair to say that summer is over 😂 🌧️

Although the weather has been cooling down, the market has certainly been heating up! I’ve seen a big jump in activity over the last couple of weeks, and Rightmove has also said the same! There has been a 5% increase in buyer demand over the first week of September alone! To put that into context, over the last five years prior the increase was 0.4%, so a huge jump compared to normal!

With sales being agreed this week alongside new homes coming to the market, now could be the time to get started if you’re thinking about moving!

One of the best things about being hyper-local is understanding all of the little quirks and benefits that come with living in the area.

This is one of my favourite things about the area I live in! I love reading with my daughter and knowing that there is somewhere we can visit nearby to get a new book whilst also making sure any of our old books don't end up going to waste is such a beautiful thing.
