The 5 bedroom student house is situated near the University of Essex Campus, Colchester. It is 5 mins by car, 6 mins by bike, 15 mins walk away from Campus. Tesco’s superstore is also just down the road and it’s on a local bus route.

The house is located in a quiet but convenient residential area. There are 5 double rooms available for students. The big kitchen contains oven/hob, table & chairs, large fridge freezer, there is also a smaller fridge & freezer in the utility area. There is a shared bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Downstairs there’s a separate toilet and a separate shower room. Outside there is a separate maintained garden area with bike rack. Each bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk and a chair. This is a non smoking or va**ng house. Sorry no pets. Bills are split between Tennant’s, using split my bills. The whole house is redecorated every year. Please call Anita on 07762 152608 to arrange a viewing. Rooms available from 1st September or earlier if required.

We have 4 rooms available for September 2021. The house is situated 5 mins by car, 6 mins by bike, 15 mins walk away from the campus. Tescos superstore is just down the road, it’s also on the local bus route. Each room has a bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk & a chair. There is also a downstairs toilet and separate shower room. There is a big kitchen, where each student has a cupboard, fridge shelf and a freezer draw each. This is a non smoking house. £95 a week rent (excluding bills.) Bills are shared with the other tenants. The whole house has been redecorated with new curtains, new shower, new thermostats on radiators and a new hot water tank!
