Hello Students just a quick update😃 Essex Uni Lets only run prepayment meters which is pay as you go/use also NO moving in & out fees other landlords seem to be saying all inclusive rents will rise with utility bills during your contract 😟 so be careful when you choose your 2022/3 academic year accommodation as utility bills are set to sore

Fixed rent no extra fees accommodation 😉

We have a selection of properties on the Greenstead Estate which is approximately a 20 minute walk from the Essex Uni Campus.

Our properties include 3 bedroom flats to 5 bedroom houses, all fully furnished with a lounge and garden. All our properties also have ample space for parking although this is not designated on some.

We also run a 'Build your deposit' option in which you pay a £100 holding fee and spread the rest of the deposit over the months until you move in, easy!
