🎊 Exchanged 🎊

The day finally arrived when contracts were exchanged!

This wasn't the first home that we have helped sell for Ben & Justyna. After selling their first home a few years ago when they wanted to move on to their next part of the journey they knew who to call 😂

We launched with some marketing that captured the eyes of the "new" owners and the rest is history, as they say.

After what has felt like a lifetime of progressing the sales process we can all look forward to moving in day on the 21st.
