The Caledonian Retreat -Coldstream Hi I'm Lynette Letham, my husband Robert and I are renting out our holiday home in Coldstream Holiday Park, in the Scottish Borders.

Enjoy time away from the stress of daily life and come and stay in The Caledonian retreat luxury holiday home. We are situated in the new Coldstream Holiday Park. Its unique location right on the border between Scotland and England provides a brilliant base for exploring Coldstream, The Scottish Borders and North Northumberland. The holiday home sleeps up to 6 people (sorry we don't allow pets) an

d consists of:
- Double Room with en suite WC
- Twin room with full size single beds
- Sofa bed (in the lounge)
- Shower room
- Lounge
- Freeview TV including DVD player
- Fully equipped kitchen, including fridge and freezer
- DG CH
- Parking for 2 cars
- Balcony
- Due to the holiday homes location within the park the lounge and balcony has spectacular views Southward over the Tweed to the Cheviot Hills and Westwards over the rolling Border countryside towards Hume Castle and the Eildon Hills. We are unfortunately unable to take booking through our page, all bookings should be made direct to The Coldstream Holiday Park (contact details can be found at the top of the page) but if you have any enquires please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help. We welcome reviews (good and bad) and we would love for you to share your experiences and any recommendations you may have for future holiday makers.

In the quiet charm of Kelso, history isn’t locked away in museums—it lives beneath your feet. Set into the cobbles lies a humble horseshoe, marking the very spot where Bonnie Prince Charlie is said to have ridden through the town during the Jacobite rising of 1745.

Make sure to search for it during your visit to Kelso and feel the history galloping beneath your feet.

💜 Quick reminder of our opening hours 💜

Just a quick polite reminder as we go into quieter time for us- we are trying to operate as efficiently as possible.
If you wish to visit after 2pm you MUST book online by 1pm.
No walk-ins after 2pm please.
If we don’t have afternoon bookings we will close earlier to save on running costs.

We’ve had a few upset customers over past few weeks arriving after 2pm without bookings just to find we were closed.
Please understand that with forever increasing costs we have to find a balance.
If we don’t have afternoon bookings we will be closing a bit earlier.
