Dont like to start enforcing this but it has a big impact on my business and as I am having to turn new clients away as my books are full its frustrating.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change, but cancellations and changes to appointments can affect my ability to offer the time slot to another customer.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your cleaning appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur the full cost of the booked cleaning service.

If I arrive at the property and am unable to gain entry for any reason, the full cost of the booked cleaning service will be charged.

This policy applies to all cleaning appointments, including regular, fortnightly, deep cleans and end-of-tenancy cleans.

By booking a cleaning appointment, you agree to these cancellation terms.

Another beautiful bathroom and ensuite in a gorgeous property that I clean on a fortnightly basis.
