Barhale Properties have submitted the Listed Building Consent application for their highly anticipated “East Wing” scheme. This next phase of investment will provide a fully refurbished kitchen, two meeting rooms with built-in tech, new showers and WCs. We’ll also be creating a further 600sqft office suite in the single storey Annexe. All of these spaces will be architect led, contemporary in design and filled with natural light. Newly Refurbished Offices for McConnell Group

Barhale Properties are pleased to confirm the letting of further office suites at Tyttenhanger Park to McConnell Group. A further 1,300sqft of newly refurbished offices on the first and second floor have been let to the main contractor on a 5 year lease, providing a great base for their growing business. We're excited to welcome Luke Linksay-Hill, a licensed beekeeper, along with around 80,000 Western Honeybees (Apis Mellifera) to Tyttenhanger Park! The apiaries are thoughtfully placed near the South Meadow, ensuring the bees have ample space to thrive while staying well away from our converted Mansion House. Tenants are invited to join Luke during hive inspections—he always has an extra bee suit on hand! These busy bees will be foraging across our estate and adjacent land, playing a vital role in our ecosystem and promising to deliver delicious honey in the seasons to come.

Barhale Properties have submitted the Listed Building Consent application for their highly anticipated “Common Parts” scheme. This next phase of investment will transform the impressive staircases and corridors as well as incorporating new electrical and heating distribution throughout the property. We’ll also be creating a further 2000sqft of refurbished offices across three 1st and 2nd floor suites ranging from 450 to 900sqft as part of the project. McConnell was founded in Scotland in 1929 and are a main contractor operating in the Construction sector, specialising in refurbishment and regeneration projects for a number of clients including Local Authorities & Social Housing Landlords, and more specialist clients such as the Defence Infrastructure Organisation and Thames Water. McConnell Head Office is based in Scotland, and they have a further office in Dartford which is the centre for their Southern Region.

A recent addition to the pond and one that not only turns our pond into a picturesque Monet-inspired masterpiece but also provides shelter for pondlife and the shade they cast helps to deter algae. Although they're primarily known for their stunning appearance, water lilies are important players in the aquatic ecosystem.
