After 4 long years the battle is finally over! I am sure some of you already know Colin Jones who owned the flats above the bank flooded our property deliberately over 20+ times, over a 4 year period after we spent over £100,000 renovating the ground floor.
Lo and behold he never paid his mortgage so all 6 flats were repossessed and sold at auction. Luckily for us we were in a position to buy them! Yesterday we officially took possession of the property and him and his wife have now left 👋🏼
The entire building is currently in an awful condition but with hard work and determination we will completely transform them into 6 stunning holiday lets
