What a lovely weekend for a viewing!

Saturday and Sunday get the most actual in-person home viewings, though Thursday is statistically the best day to list a property to capture that weekend buyer surge.

Why the Weekend Wins for Viewings:
🚶‍♂️Physical visits: Most buyers work Monday through Friday, making Saturday and Sunday the primary days for physical walk-throughs and open houses.

⏰️Time flexibility: Weekends allow buyers to tour multiple properties, compare neighborhoods, and attend viewings together as households without rushing after dark.

💻Online peak: Property portals record high digital browsing traffic earlier in the week (such as Tuesday at 9:00 PM), but this digital interest converts into scheduled physical appointments for the upcoming weekend.

One thing tenants really notice during viewings is responsiveness.

If someone feels ignored before moving in, it already creates a negative impression.

I think one of the hardest parts of being a landlord now is simply the time side of it.

Most people already work full-time, so juggling enquiries, viewings and tenant communication on top becomes a second job very quickly.
