Combe Cottages is a small family run holiday property management business located in the village of Combe Martin. We have been in business since 2014 and offer a full range of management services to owners of holiday accommodation. Offering a full range of managed services including property management and maintenance, housekeeping, cleaning & professional laundry. We keep our portfolio small so t

hat we can personally oversee & check every property at each changeover offering owners peace of mind that their accommodation is ready and presented to the best standard for each set of guests. We always aim to gain you a high number of return guests to your property year in, year out. The majority of our property owners live out of the area, some are travelling the world! We are Public Liability covered and are Covid 19 compliant, certified by Visit Britain

Appointed established local trades – Builders, Roofers, Painter & Decorator, Electrician, Plumber & Heating Engineer, Appliance repairs, Chimney Sweep, Gardeners, Window Cleaners, Hot Tub Servicing, Log Deliveries including netted logs for guests, Carpet Cleaners (including pet/flea treatments). Professional laundry and Linen hireAll cleaning products are not tested on animals (VF)
Guest liaison, emergency key holders
Welcome packs of local bread, cake, milk & butter (dairy free alternatives if required) including personalised welcome postcard. Stocking & replenishing of local visitor guide information , events & leaflets/ attraction flyers
Local menus, shop/store information, bus timetables & taxi cards. Churches information, local magazines (Shammickite, FOCUS)
Dog & Child friendly properties
Dog welcome packs including pooh bags, balls, food & water bowls, jar of gravy bones/dog nibbles, local vet information. Dog walk information packs
Winter & low season, bad weather property checks including gardens
Putting out Black bins, Green bins, Recycling bins & food caddies for collection and return. Post forwarding
Lost/left guest items returned
Accident claims completed for rare unexpected damages by guests
