Full kitchen refit raised the ceiling height and knocked through to the dining room. New plaster throughout just finishing the painting.

New utility room with cabinets and designer Belfast sink unit. Mosaic tiling behind. Also installed a downstairs shower enclosure just off of the utility room. Looks good!

Replaced old rotten shower and backing with high spec shower, frameless glass enclosureand laminate splashback backing.

Underfloor pipe runs allow for the shallow shower tray.
Floor to ceiling tiling with beige tile grout.
Fitted bathroom cabinets with inset sink and concealed toilet cistern.

Stripped out and fitted new floor cabinets, worktop and fitted, plumbed in new kitchen sink.

Bathroom refit. Bath out, fix, treat, replace and strengthen rotten beams. Fit new shower and tile.
