We've been lucky and happy to help with fire plans for the RVI recently, as well as a garage conversion in Tanfield Village.

Retention of a boundary fence in Ouston 👍

Remember - what you think might be an acceptable addition to your property may cause an issue with a neighbour and local council. Always check to see if you do indeed need planning permission. A lot of the time, even if a neighbour is uneasy about you installing a perimeter fence, permission would be likely granted if it's within regulations.
Don't be afraid to ask, it's a lot cheaper than retrospective planning applications or worse still - having to remove it 😱
