A cause that is particularly close to the hearts of many across rural Northumberland.

A group of family and friends are taking on the Great North Run to raise money for the Great North Air Ambulance Service, in memory of John Browell, who sadly lost his life following a quad bike accident on his farm in rural Northumberland last August.

GNAAS transported John to hospital in under 15 minutes, highlighting just how vital this service is for our rural and farming communities, where every second can count.
