It's been a while since I've been active on here, time to get back on it! 🙏🏾

As I make some final photo ready preparations to put my 2nd renovation on the market next week, it's time to start sharing the final reveal in parts:

Part I - Bedroom II

This was originally the master bathroom and small hallway/landing, now opened up to make a beautiful double aspect, double bedroom! 🤎🙏🏾

Progress continues, bedroom III finished, bar a few minor snags!

This bedroom was the worst in the house, including a mid renovation damp issue, which resulted in me having to have one part of the Gable end roof repointed. Much of it is was taken back to the wall, which in the process uncovered the beautiful oak beam. The room was then re plastered/skimmed.

It's all the little finishing touches that matter too, so all new radiators, plug sockets, traditional style Rim Locks, chrome light switches, and even polished chrome door hinges, which is where the snags now exist as the door needs touching up!

Supremely chuffed, the only main jobs that are left now are the hall, stairs and landing, and bedroom I which are just decorative things that need finishing as all the big jobs in those spaces have been completed! 🙏🏾🤎

All being well, and hoping the property market doesn't tank, I hope to have the house renovation pretty much wrapped up by the end of next month, but the downstairs should be finished in the next two weeks. 🙏🏾

I absolutely love this house, so it is nice to appreciate the changing colours on my house as Autumn really takes hold, hopefully this time next year it will be appreciated, and loved by new owners!🤞🏾

Life sends us untold challenges, so I'm quite a few months over schedule, but life is life, and at times we have to move priorities, but 100% family first 🙏🏾

Now time to consider next steps, hopefully another project or two, the question now owing to recent changes in one's domestic circumstances is, where next? 🤔
