We were proud to host an event for our landlords, bringing everyone together to talk through the upcoming Renters’ Rights Act and offer reassurance during a time of change.

A huge thank you to and for delivering such insightful and engaging talks, to for hosting us at their incredible base and for the vital work they do every day, and to all our landlords who took the time to attend, your support is greatly appreciated.

2025 has been a strange and challenging year for the rental market, with many landlords choosing to exit and plenty of hurdles along the way. Despite all of this, we’re incredibly proud to have maintained strong new business levels and kept our Lets Agreed performance right at the top of our local areas.

✨Carol Concert Magic for a Great Cause🎄✨

We had an amazing time at Carol Concert last night! From the incredible Warminster School Choir to the fantastic singer Chloe Jordan, plus all the wonderful readings, it was the perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit while supporting a lifesaving charity💛🚁

This year, Wiltshire & Bath Air Ambulance is taking part in The Big Give, running from 2–9 December (midday). They need to raise £18,650 to unlock match funding, meaning any donation you make during this period could have DOUBLE the impact🙌
