With both options, you will receive: - An expert FREE valuation of your property’s market value - Property photography - Floorplans - A detailed and informative online listing - Exposure on Complete’s website, as well as on Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation - Support and advice during your sale’s progression all the way through to the day you move out. Up-front package: £799 payable prior to marketing No Sale No Fee package - % of the sale price payable on completion Additionally – you will also require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which is a legal requirement to have prior to any marketing. You are more than welcome to source your own if you do not already have one, or we can look after this for you at a cost of just £90.00. FIRST IMPRESSIONS COUNT - We have the pleasure of partnering one of the best local property photographers.
