Plans presented for new homes in Wootton Wawen 🏘

The homes, which will be sustainable and built to Future Homes Standards, will be specifically for a mix of local people and young families.

It will be a mix of 2, 3, 4 and 5-bed properties, including bungalows, and will feature heat pumps and solar panels.

Deeley Homes has also proposed to build a new play area which is open to the public for all children living in the village and safer walking routes for children.

Deeley Homes, which is headquartered in Coventry, is bringing forward plans for 29 new homes in Wootton Wawen.

We are presenting our proposed development of 29 homes to the community at Wootton Wawen village Hall on Saturday 25th May.

The new homes will be restricted to local people and families with school age children.

Alongside the new homes, we will also be delivering a new play area, extra car parking for the school, a new entrance for the school and speed reduction measures on approach to the village.

The event, which is being held by Wootton Wawen Parish Council will start at 11:30 am - 3:30 pm and will give local residents the opportunity to come and ask us any questions about this proposed development.

Deeley Homes is delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted for up to 30 new homes in the North Oxfordshire Village of Bloxham! 🏘

Consent was granted at planning appeal thanks to great work from our Consultant team! Work will now begin on a detailed design of the scheme, with the aim of starting construction in early 2025.

11 of the 30 new homes will be for affordable housing and all of them will be delivered to the Future Homes Standard, significantly reducing carbon emissions.

We will soon be undertaking a second consultation with the local community before submitting a Reserved Matters application later this year.
