💢 Hallway ripped up (couldn't be salvaged)
💥Stairs Removed (end of lifespan)
💢 Old front door removed
💥 Door entrance moved forward
💢Hallway made longer
💥 New Composite door fitted
💢 Boarding of the bathroom starred

This week we will install new stairs and then hardcore and screed the hallway floor and then we will start to bring in some of our other trusted trades for first fix jobs, plastering etc.

This week hasn't been a full week because of attending to other jobs etc. Neil Mccutchion and Alan smashing out the work at such a speed it's a bit unbelievable at times.

Time is money on projects like this though. The market can change very quickly, Liz the Lettuce for example, so its imperative to get projects finished quickly and have multiple exit strategies as well.

Next week will see lots more progress.
