Our thorough snagging inspection service usually takes around 4-5 hours covering both inside and outside of the property which includes thermal imaging, an extensive PDF report detailing all defects, non-compliances and snags accompanied by photographic evidence. The report is usually issued within 48 hours of the inspection. The inspection report and findings will be fully explained in detail to the customer for a better understanding of any issues found with their property and in doing so it will better prepare them to deal with developers and rectifying trades with confidence.
