We are a new build property professional snagging company providing inspection services in the Midlands and surrounding areas. The most common mistake the homeowners make when purchasing a new build property is that they base the overall purchasing decision on aesthetics and how it looks as opposed to the property’s structure, functionality and performance. We have extensive experience in the cons

truction industry both from a trade and inspection/ surveying background and we are fully qualified to degree level in Site Inspection and fully Chartered with CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building). We have a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify the most common defects that are caused by poor workmanship of trades and/ or poor design as well as hidden and complex defects. Our thorough snagging inspection service usually takes around 4-5 hours covering both inside and outside of the property which includes thermal imaging, an extensive PDF report detailing all defects, non-compliances and snags accompanied by photographic evidence. The report is usually issued within 48 hours of the inspection. The inspection report and findings will be fully explained in detail to the customer for a better understanding of any issues found with their property and in doing so it will better prepare them to deal with developers and rectifying trades with confidence.
