Are we still valuing houses based on 2022 prices…
or are we finally accepting that strategy matters more than optimism?

we have been focusing on “hassle-free” home living, offering a personal service. Added to this, we face these days “bumpy” inflation and we follow the BoE trend reducing interest rates.

That is why, we see our social media growing: we don’t post useless information about the properties we are marketing. We post updates and information that homeowners and landlords find useful.
