This year’s Charity Fashion Show has raised over £16,000, BRINGING OUR GRAND TOTAL TO OVER £500,000 raised since the show began! 💥

Every single pound will make a difference — the funds will be split equally between Cancer Research UK (local branches), Samaritans, and The Gap Community Centre in Warwick. 💖

Bodies & Co Fashion Show 2025 – 3rd & 4th April 👗

Bromwich Hardy are excited to announce their support of Bodies & Co Fashion Show
upcoming Charity Fashion Show, an evening where style meets compassion!

📅 Date: 3rd & 4th April 2025
🕖 Time: Doors open at 7pm – Show starts at 7:30pm
📍 Location: The Royal Spa Centre, Leamington Spa

This fabulous event will showcase the latest collections from local shops, with proceeds going to Cancer Research UK (CRUK),The Gap Community Centre and Samaritans. The runway will come alive with glamour, creativity, and heart, as we come together to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Auto-Fasteners has signed a 10-year lease on a trio of units to support its continued expansion on the ever popular site and we hope more thriving businesses will set their sights on the region and this fantastic commercial space.

Huge congratulations to Ted Bromwich - son of founding partner Tom - who has been named the Alex Wallis Young Player of the Season at Kenilworth Rugby. 👏

Kenilworth is a fantastic club which we are proud to have been associated with for so many years. 🏉

Well done to everyone that was honoured at the club’s annual dinner. Have a great summer break and let's hope for brilliant things on the pitch next season. 💪

What a fantastic afternoon we had yesterday.

Tom and Dawn were out celebrating the return of The Brightsides Atlantic Row crew following their epic Atlantic Dash adventure raising money for The Get A-Head Charitable Trust and Meningitis Now. 🚣

Skipper Rod and Guy gave an insightful talk into their incredible journey recalling the breathtaking whale encounters and amazing sunsets as well as the severe challenges of gale-force storms and dodging marlin attacks. Fellow crewmates Anna and Pez couldn't make the occasion but their heroic efforts got plenty of mentions.

We're so proud and honoured to have been a small part of the Brightsides journey, being a main sponsor alongside Lodders Solicitors LLP, The Wigley Group, ehB Residential and the many other local businesses that made this challenge possible.

A special thanks as well to Wigley Group for hosting at their stunning Stockton House HQ in Warwickshire.

New figures show that the central Birmingham office market has had its highest Q1 outcome since before the pandemic.

A total 203,385 sq ft in 20 deals has been recorded compared to last year's 153,550 sq ft in 18 deals - and this growth in the market is definitely something we're seeing as earlier this year we came top of the table for the most office disposals in Birmingham and was city’s most active single branch agency in the recent CoStar CRE awards.
