Dear all,
I am looking for somebody to work on a flexible part time basis to inspect our property’s upon being ready for new bookings estimated 15 hours per week.

A good eye for detail and if necessary, the ability to do what is necessary to ensure the accommodation is ready for our next booking. For example, clean anything our cleaners have missed, ensure TV is working with remote control, light bulbs all working, all house keys are good and working correctly. We need a feel of care in our apartments before our guests move in and the standard is high and sure it checked.

Own transport is essential, and the work is based in Coventry plus 20-mile radius, applicant must be physically fit or have the ability to lift or move things if necessary and to fill our necessary checklist forms out. Experience preferred but not essential (training provided) and we require someone with a positive enthusiastic personality.
