Lettuce Student Lettings owns and handles the letting and management of over 40 student properties totalling over 300 rooms, around the Coventry University Campus and close to the City Centre. We only specialise in Coventry Student Property with over 20 years of experience. Don’t meet the landlord after you’ve moved in – meet us now! Lettuce Lettings only rent our own properties, therefore you can be sure to receive a quick and professional service! We also have our own maintenance team who are on hand to fix any maintenance issues. We are experts in larger houses of multiple occupation and own properties from 1 bed to 12 bedroom mega houses! Our new luxury student development at Willowbank Mews, is luxury to a new level! Located a 10 minute walk from Coventry University Campus, this securely gated complex made up of 16 individual houses, ranging from 11-12 bedrooms per property, is wholly occupied by students. This offers a "student village" feel to student living, again, supplied with its own management team and overnight security.

A couple of years ago, we decided to have ‘Summer helpers’ that were our own current residents. After grafting away and supporting the Lettuce team, we said goodbye to Jackson. Little did we know he had left us all gifts for us to find 💚 the thought into each gift shows how much time he took to get to know us all individually (definitely a private joke in there with the boxers 🙈)

We really are thankful for the amazing students we have stay with us. You are all more than ‘just a student!’
