We're delighted to have achieved a sale on 𝗪𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲, 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝘃𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲.

We were called by the Seller, who was frustrated that they'd been on with an estate agent for several months without an offer despite reducing the price.
