The house has 4 or even 5 bedrooms depending on which rooms are wanted as bedrooms.

The house has 1 bathroom upstairs and a large 1 shower room down stairs so each person can have their own privacy.

The downstairs area itself comprises of alarge kitchen and also 2 living room areas.

They could be used as a lounge and the other as a dining area and is large enough to be a further sitting room.
Or they could be used as separate lounges for each tenant.

The large kitchen can has a Fridge freezer but we can supply 2 separate Fridge freezers if preferrred. It also has a washing machine and microwave.

We have not made up the bedrooms yet because we can personalise it to the new tenants requirements.

We are flexible generally for furnishing the house and will be guided by what the 2 tenants want.

PLEASE NOTE : The walk through video does not show the downstairs shower room.

Outside there is a rear garden.
To the front of the house there is parking on an inlet road so it is not on a busy road.

The house is well located minutes from the City centre and Earlsdon.

COUPLES : We can welcome couples for an additional £100 per month. You have to be living together as a couple.

DISABILITY : The house can be arranged for 1 person to use the downstairs only with all amenities available.

2 x separate double rooms available in a quiet house in CV5 and includes all bills.

We have 2 x double bedrooms to be rented separately with ALL BILLS INCLUDED in a quiet house in a good neighbourhood and positioned well for coventry town centre or even Birmingham. The house is also close for the new Amazon depot in Allesley, Coventry.

The house was refurbished 4 years ago having a new kitchen, new bathroom, repainted and new carpets and our tenants have kept in good condition.

There is a communal lounge area and there is a shared kitchen which has lots of storage and has an oven, 2 x fridge freezers, a microwave, toaster and washing machine.

One of the bedrooms which is taken has its own shower room and toilet so the communal bathroom is shared by 3 people.

At the back of the house there is a lean to/conservatory that can be used to store bikes etc.

Allesley, Earlsdon, chapelfields, whoberley, eastern green, tile hill and canley are close as is the new Amazon depot in Allesley, Coventry.

It has pubs and takeaways close by and even has a mini tesco a few doors away.
