Our busy letting agency is in urgent need of a good quality handyman for ongoing work on an Ad hoc basis. Must be insured.
Current job I need sorting is retiling part of a bathroom where the tiles have come off and also to repair a hole in the kitchen ceiling caused by the water damage.

The position involves day to day office administration work for a busy letting agency. Monitoring emails, diary and telephones. Tenant referencing, making sure properties are legally compliant, liaising with contractors and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Applicants must be able to start work within four weeks. Experience preferred but not essential as training given. Must be able to stay calm under pressure. Please send CV and covering letter saying why you would like this rewarding position.
