People often see the photos, videos and sold boards, but the reality of being a self-employed estate agent is very different.

A typical day can involve valuations, viewings, sales progression, chasing solicitors, speaking with buyers, updating sellers and trying to keep property chains moving.

In this clip, Terry talks about how his role has evolved as his business has grown and why being part of a supportive team makes such a difference.

One of the things I genuinely enjoy about working alongside Andy and Terry is that although we all run our own businesses, we're never really doing it alone.
