We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a field based Lettings Negotiator. The role is hands on and will cover all aspects of lettings including:

• Negotiation
• Viewings
• Dealing with enquiries
• Follow ups on viewings
• Sending out literature and marketing materials
• Dealing with any problems or delays in a timely manner
• Updating property portals and ensuring that social media and advertising sites are up to date
• Working closely with the lettings administration team

Previous experience within residential lettings is preferred but not essential as training will be given.

Salary offered if negotiable depending on experience and skills plus bonus. Transport is required and mileage will be paid. Hours of work are 16 hours per week across 3 days.
