The Office was commissioned by Sir Richard Branson back in the late 1990s and was completed in late 1996/early 1997 with staff moving in from several other locations in/around Crawley.

The building was the main headquarters for Virgin Atlantic up until 2016 when VAA moved into their new headquarters next door aptly named The VHQ.

Since then, The Office has remained largely unoccupied and in early 2021, the building was earmarked for demolision.

This page is to serve as a "memorial" to The Office and to allow current and former employees to share their memories of their time at The Office even if they were just "passing through".
