Tomorrow is our Charity Day in support of Alzheimer's Society The Grasshopper - Tilgate and we cannot wait to welcome everyone for what promises to be an amazing day of fundraising, fun and community spirit.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting the Forget Me Nots Crawley and meeting some truly wonderful volunteers and members.

I was especially touched to see Sylvia and Ron, who are celebrating an incredible 70 years of marriage!💍

Sylvia is living with dementia, and Ron is her devoted carer. Their love, dedication and commitment to one another were inspiring to see.💖

Spending time with groups like this is a powerful reminder of why support for people affected by dementia is so important.

Thank you to everyone Forget Me Nots for the warm welcome and for the amazing work you do in our community. 💙
