A few small jobs today for 2 different customers.
1) fitted a cooker hob correctly and installed a panel under the cooker ready for the customer to paint.
2) refitted a tile and colour matched the grout as it had been loosened by a half door rubbing on the floor, planed the door to let it swing freely.

SQUEEKY STAIRCASE!
Stud wall under the stairs removed,
Artexed plasterboard removed
To expose the underside of the stairs,
Staircase strengthened and repaired,
New plasterboard fitted, plastered and caulked.
This staircase was fitted in 1979, 90% of the creaks have been eliminated, customer happy!

Old downstairs cloak room ripped out, tongue and groove ceiling removed, tiles removed, pipes boxed in, ceiling plastered and light fitting centralised, pull cord removed and new switch installed outside the wc, new latex floor, new half wall cladding, new basin, taps and waste, new wc, ceiling and remaining walls painted, new upvc window sill, mirror hung and new door hung, dressed and painted.
Airing cupboard had a new floor and pipes boxed in, ceiling plastered, extractor fan fitted, new slats, new clothes rail, ceiling and walls painted and new door hung, dressed and painted, all for a lovely family in furnace green.
